Hi! My name is Carrigan Gurley, and I’m a M/W sophomore. I can’t wait to be a part of Verve and share my thoughts, hopes and opinions through the newspaper. I’m a cheerleader at The King’s Academy, and I swim for King’s as well. This summer, I worked as a lifeguard and loved it! I enjoy hanging out with friends and getting to know new people. Once you get to know me, you’ll learn that I love the little things, and I believe God puts them in our lives for a purpose. I’m most looking forward to growing my leadership skills and confidence this year!
